'SliceOrbit started with a clear vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchis in 1985, our pizza place was initially a quaint, familial venture that treasured family recipes passed through the ages.

The initiator Marco Bianchi mastered authentic pizza-making while exploring Italy, apprenticing with expert pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, her aim was to reproduce the enchantment of original Italian pizza, adhering to classic techniques and sourcing premier ingredients.

What started as a humble 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished community fixture, yet our adherence to excellence and genuineness has remained unchanged. We persist in utilizing traditional wood-fired oven processes, crafting our dough freshly each day, and acquiring the best ingredients available.

Presently, 'SliceOrbit is still helmed by the Bianchi family, with the second generation now guiding our zealous team. Although we've adopted certain contemporary changes, the essence of our enterprise stays the same: producing delectable, genuine pizza that unites folks.
